New Moon in Aquarius, Jan 20, 2015 5:13 am PST, Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius, Jan 21, 2015
“Wake Up! Wake Up! Wake Up!” That is what I heard during a vision I had in which I saw an enormous red wave cresting over me! I knew this was a wake up call not just for me personally but for all of us. The energy right now is really intense. Many are not sleeping well or experiencing it in other various ways. I have been feeling like I have been plugged into an electric socket. The Universe is trying to awaken us from the dream we have been living, to remember who we really are.
The energy of the New Moon at 0 degrees of Aquarius is like being jolted out of a deep sleep. The planet Uranus, the Divine Mind, who rules Aquarius, is also the ruler of lightening and those aha moments of genius that arise seemingly out of nowhere. In a moment you understand something that you did not a moment before.
This New Moon is conjunct the asteroid Prometheus also at 0 degrees Aquarius and is associated with the planet Uranus. Prometheus, which means “foresight,” is the Titan who stole fire from the Gods and gave it to humans so they would no longer have to live in darkness. We are being given a push from the Universe for enlightenment, to live from the Light of Creator, the Divine Spark that each of one of us carries. It is time to remember our essential nature of Universal Love which is our natural state of Being.
Mercury is also in Aquarius and goes retrograde on Jan 21 for 3 weeks. We are being asked to take a time out of our regular busyness to ponder the nature of our thoughts. Quantum physics has proven that energy follows thought and thought creates. Where you focus your thoughts creates your reality. I have found that my attitude, how I perceive my world and my thoughts about it, will create how my day goes. You can’t always change your circumstances but you can always change your experience of them. Use this Mercury retrograde time to become aware of your thoughts & attitudes and change your life.
Uranus in Aries is tightly conjunct the South Node of the Moon. The South Node has to do with old ways of being. Uranus brings freedom from stuck places. He is helping us to break free of the prison of fear where we have been living. Fear lives in the mind and has created the world in which we now live. Do you want to continue living in a fear based world? Fear is rising up very strongly in the collective consciousness now and the temptation to succumb to it is very strong. We are being given the keys to free ourselves from the prison of fear and it is up to each one of us to release ourselves and make different choices.
Aquarius represents the alignment of mind & heart. The mind should always be in service to the heart, the heart being the primary tool of perception. When we are living from the heart is when we can truly live in love, love for ourselves and love for each other. When we are living from the heart we can see the face of God in all who we encounter even if they are living from a place of deep fear. Free will choice is a universal law and we always have the choice to be ruled by what we love or what we fear.
Aquarius is a visionary sign and propels us to the future. We are being given the opportunity to break free of old patterns, personally & collectively, and to make different choices. Aquarius understands the power of working together collectively. We are all in this together and collectively we will either destroy ourselves through fear or shift into new levels of awareness and love.
I have complete faith in the choice humanity will make, I see so many reaching for the Light, wanting to leave the old ways of fear behind. And when we align ourselves with others who are living from love we can raise the whole vibration of the planet. A new world is coming! Awaken from the dream of separation! Remember we are one with each other & Creator and our true nature is one of Universal Love!
